Welsh pop star Charlotte Church insists R+B superstar Jennifer Lopez cannot be called truly "curvy", because she simply has a "big arse". Church, who blames her own spiralling weight on her rugby boyfriend Gavin Henson's habit of feeding her up, considers her body to be blessed with real curves, because she has "a bit of weight all over." Church fumes, "Jennifer Lopez isn't curvy - she's just got a big arse."

Pop star Jesse McCartney has apologized for accidentally claiming that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant.

The singer was being interviewed about his new album by a radio station in Atlanta but the conversation turned to his girlfriend Katie Cassidy’s role in the big-screen adaptation of Dallas.

The interviewer asked if Jesse knew why Jennifer Lopez, who was to play Sue Ellen in the film, had been dropped from the project and Jesse replied: “She didn’t get fired. She’s pregnant.”

The interviewer Vikki Locke later revealed: “It quickly became ‘Can we just talk about the record?’ And afterwards he just asked his minder ‘Was I not supposed to say anything?’”

But now Jesse has admitted he was just passing on hearsay anyway. He told TMZ: “I have no first hand knowledge whether Jennifer Lopez is pregnant or not. I thought I had read it somewhere. I apologize.”

Jennifer Lopez's apparent pregnancy has been making headlines for months. J.Lo's spokesperson has said that the her client is "100 per cent not pregnant".

"His girlfriend has never even met Jennifer," the source said to US Weekly. "She just got cast in the movie after Jennifer was already out. Jennifer is shooting the cover of a high fashion magazine. Do you think she could wear couture if she was pregnant?"

An insider on the movie set says John Travolta is the real reason behind Jennifer Lopez’s sudden departure from the movie version of Dallas.

Previous reports originating from around the Lopez camp had suggested the film’s script wasn't up to scratch. However, a set insider told the Daily Mail: “From the moment Jennifer’s name was attached, Travolta went ballistic.”

“It’s been said that Jennifer didn’t like the script, but the truth is John doesn’t rate her as an actress and quite simply felt she was not up to part of Sue Ellen.”

A dispute between Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband Ojani Noa over his proposed tell-all book about their relationship does not need to go to court, their attorneys said Wednesday.

The attorneys told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Victor H. Person that the issues between the 38-year-old singer-actress and Noa could be settled through arbitration. Another pretrial hearing was set for Oct. 17.

Jennifer Lopez filed the lawsuit April 10 and obtained a temporary restraining order barring Noa from publishing intimate details of her sex life. On June 30, she and Noa agreed to have the order extended as a preliminary injunction.

Jennifer Lopez was not present at Wednesday's hearing, but will have to attend if the judge orders a mandatory settlement conference. Her lawyer, Kristina L. Brittenham, declined to comment. Noa's attorney, Robert Vasquez, also declined to talk about the case.

Jennifer Lopez married Ojani Noa in February 1997 after meeting him in a Miami restaurant. They divorced 11 months later. Last October, Noa and Lopez settled a lawsuit he brought against her, alleging he was illegally fired as manager of her Los Angeles area restaurant, Madre's. In exchange for a $125,000 payment from Lopez, Noa agreed not to disparage her or make money off disclosure of his relationship with her, according to her court papers.

On Jan. 19, he wrote a letter to Lopez's attorneys saying he would continue to market his book, reportedly titled, "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller," unless Lopez paid him $5 million, according to court papers.

It has been announced that Jennifer Lopez is to co-produce a new television show for FX entitled ‘Echo Park’.

The show will be a half-hour long and will look at the world of yuppie, Latino and hipster cultures within Los Angeles' Echo Park neighborhood.

According to Variety magazine, Lopez will be working alongside her Nuyorican Productions partner Simon Fields on the new project. Variety reports that FX confirmed the cable channel has ordered a pilot script from Ian Edelman.

No timeline for airdate has been set.

The Women Only chain has been awarded exclusive rights to market Jennifer Lopez's JLO brand in Israel.

The male and female undergarment brand bearing the name of the popular American actress and singer is considered particularly popular among females aged 12-27. The deal to bring JLO products to Israel was signed with Warnaco Group, which holds the license to distribute the brand across the world.

The drive to penetrate the Israeli market with the new brand is estimated to cost about NIS 500,000 (roughly USD 120,000.)

Referring to the new deal, Women Only owner and CEO Roni Yegerman said that "today the chain sees the need to address girls and women who are not busty."

Women Only is an undergarment chain specializing is fitting busty females with bras. The chain was established by Yegerman and Moshe Rosenthal in 2003 and currently boasts 23 stores across Israel.

Jennifer Lopez Drops Out of 'Dallas' Re-Make Role

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly taken a pass and the sexy actress has dropped out of the 2007 film version of Dallas, according to a report from Star Magazine.

"She is out of Dallas," Lopez's rep Leslie Sloane Zelnik, tells Star, the first media outlet to report the news.

Lopez was to play the role of alcoholic Sue Ellen, opposite John Travolta, who will play J.R. Ewing.  Gurinder Chadha is set to direct the forthcoming movie.

Lopez has been placed in the role since the film rumors began.
