But after the Jersey Girl duo called off their lavish September wedding citing "excessive media attention" as the cause, Affleck has cited the huge volume of press stories surrounding them for causing irreparable damage to the union. Speaking publicly for the first time since the split, Affleck tells American entertainment news show Access Hollywood, "The media has kind of evolved to where it's become so much more competitive in terms of... there's only so many stories. After the small hiatus of this web site, it's back, somewhat. Updating this web site is very difficult doing it alone. I had work and school to do along with many other things. Checking the e-mail accounts on here is NOT fun either. There were 20,000 e-mails when I checked today. Yes, you read that right. 20,000 e-mails! Most of which is spam.

Needless to say, there is a huge backlog of stuff to do. I could use a few news editors, so if you've got the time and the enthusiasm, e-mail us!
