Jennifer stopped by another radio station in Atlanta today for an interview and we’ve got the audio! She had some interesting things to say:
- she’s wrapping up the music side of things right now
- only one more music video off the album!
- hopes to devote a year to music to tour sometime, but no dates yet
- confirms Spanish album

This is about her spanish album! I hope to god she is not doing stupid spanish marc anthony ballads like the grammy’s those are so boring! Plus Shakiras album is coming out soon and its in spanish and let me tell you her first single is hot (La Tortura) Jen’s got some big competition! She better do some reggaeton beats on her album people are into that! So plz Jen im beaging you no slow ballads (well maybe 1 or 2) Oh and Jen should do a song with Pitbull! Hes a great reggaeton rapper! Love ya Jen

I definitely think she needs to release atleast two more singles “Step into my World” and “(I Can’t Believe) This is Me”…I wish she dedicated more time to her music career, this album is really amazing and its not getting the attention it deserves from either end. C’mon Jennifer Handle it!!

i agree with you zakes, marc is on the verge of ‘destroying’ jens career but more so her new manager, whAt the hell? jen needs to reunite with benny medina, everything was all good when he was her manager.

kevin, Zake: You have got to be kidding me with your comments. Marc Anthony is one of the best and most popular performers out there for Spanish music. He’s won tons of awards throughout his career for his spanish albums and he has an amazing sound and none of his ballads are “boring”. Kevin you may think they are boring but you are just a minority cause his songs get more air time in the spanish stations in my area (NYC) than any other artist. He’s an amazing artist and I’m sure that he can only be helpful with her spanish album. Maybe the latino community will be more supportive of her spanish album. The only reason that the Grammy performance was crummy was cause Jen had a cold and she didn’t sound her best. He, as always, sounded perfect. She must have alson been very nervous preforming with him in public for the first time. He is in no way a slow poison. He’s been more like her savior. The media was having a field day with her and following her around and watching every single thing she did and turning her daily life into a media circus. Since her relationship with Marc began, she finally seems to be more in control of her life and it’s no longer spinning out of control with the media knowing what she’s up to every second of the day. He’s difinitely had allot to do with that. She needed that and she has mentioned it numerous times in interviews. She didn’t say that she was giving up on music. She was just saying that at the moment she’s got some movies to film and then she will record music again. If you look at her history, she’s always balanced all of her trades and she always takes breaks in between so she can do the next thing. Music is her first love. She’ll never give it up. She just needs to film some movies and maybe created a new clothing line, come out with a new fragrance and then she’ll be back in the studio. We all know how multi-tasked and multi-talented she is. It’s no surprise that she will be taking some time off from recording. I’m not sure why there are so many Marc Anthony haters out there. I think it’s cause the haters feel that he is not good looking enough for Jennifer or not as talented. Jennifer is stunning and we as fans feel that her man should be just as handsome as she is goergeous but he’s who she’s chosen and there must be a reason. He obviously loves her to death and she seems to be very happy. And as far as talent; Marc sings. That’s it. But he’s GREAT at it, and has been amzingly successful at it too! This is his career. She’s got her hands in allot of different things but that doesn’t make her more talented than he is. They are a great couple and I hope she finally has found the man that will make her happy. I would never wish for any couple to break up. It’s very painfull and emotional for both parties involved. And another divorce is that last thing that Jen needs on her track record.

Oh, by the way. Everyone is making such a big deal about this site and it’s soooooooo true!! This really is the BEST site to find the latest news on Jennifer. I love that you’ve been able to get the audio from the different radio stations. I’m sooo glad I found this site!! Keep up the great work

oh my GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thye are going to play monster in law in my theater on sunday only at 4:00 I HOPE I DONT WORK!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll get so pissed if i work, omg i am so freaking happy, yayayayayayayayayaytayayayaya!!!!!!!!!! I dont have to wait til next week….it’s an hour and 40 minutes long yay!!!!! wow i havnt been on here in a long time. anyway……..i am so happy!!!!!

We should all try to go see the movie next week when it opens up so that the movie sells allot of tickets during the first opening weekend. It will be great if the movie is # 1 in the box office. I still wanna try to catch it this Sunday but weather I do or not, I will definitely go see it next weekend so that my ticket purchase gets tallied into the opening weekend sales.

I don’t think it’s really fair 2 blame Marc 4 anything. She needs 2 realize that if ur gonna put out an album an have a music career, u have 2 tour, and promote. She keeps giving excuses like she’s too busy with movies 2 tour or do much, so why do it? I love her music, but she’s got so many fans and she can’t expect people 2 buy her album, esp non fans, if she doesn’t promote. U can’t just do a few performances when it’s released & then move on 2 something else just because it’s losing steam. And they keep running boring articles about her watching cooking shows??Painting???I wanna hear about the music & about her instead of some lame PR paragraph!!I need a tour

I am sad everyone. I was happy to go see Monster in Law Sunday at 4:00, but I work[ed]. Today I heard bad news that my grandfather passed away, so I’m going to Puerto Rico tomorrow. AHHHHHHH bad luck….. Even if i didnt have to go to Puerto Rico I couldn’t go watch it tomorrow. Well everyone who talks shyt about marc needs to stop. even tho he’s not the cutest thing around, but he is TALENTED AS WHOA!!!!!! The man can sing his heart out. well i gotta go, gotta wake up early to go catch that airplane….talk to ya next week!!! i’m sure gonna miss all the jlo updates…!!! peace!!!!

Candy, babygigalo ~ I won’t repeat all that you each said, but I agree with everything! To me, Marc Anthony is BEAUTIFUL when he sings., hands down! I’ve been finding some photos on-line and noticed what a difference just a few more pounds can make!. Marc also has awesome eyes and lips imho..
Jen recently admitted in one interview that she was very nervous during the Grammys duet , plus her cold symptoms following Fashion Week in NYC. I would just LOVE to see her dedicate more time to developing her voice. I remember how Madonna, whose voice I never really liked, improved hers with sustained vocal training and imo she sounded much better in “Evita.”
Thank God Jennifer has Marc, who truly loves her and, even with His Heavenly Voice, really believes in her vocal potential - - Unlike so many who mock her on-air , even though ALL of them can and have had off-nights ! How this must hurt to hear, & from her own peers. I believe the reason that many are openly critical is due to jealousy. How I’d love to see Jen work on her weaker areas and give them all the shock of their lives (maybe I’ll name names another time ; -)

Javier, you’ve probably left for puerto rico, but i am so sorry for your loss, i know you don’t know me, but losing a loved one is always upsetting and hard for every family, have a safe trip there and back. keep your head up.

After reading the new comments I’m so happy to see that there are some Jlo fans out there that are also Marc Anthony’s fans that agree that his voice is beautiful. Even if he sang commercials I’d go out and buy the single just to hear his voice. His voice and the lyrics of his songs truly penetrate into your soul. It really doesn’t matter what he looks like and he’s really not a bad looking guy. All he needs is a little more rice and beans with carne guisa in his diet. Ten pounds would make a huge difference on his frame.
I agree that Jen should tour. She would definitely have more success with her music career. She does always have an excuss not to tour but I’m sure that the day will come when she’s got the time to do it and she will. At that point her fans will be so eager to go see her after so many years of waiting that all of her concerts will be completely jammed packed! She’s gonna put on a great show with her awesome dancing. I can’t wait for that day!!
Babygigalo, the most recent interviews of Jen are for the purpose of promotng Monster in Law. This is why she really doesn’t talk much about her music. Prior to Rebirth, she also did interviews where she promoted her CD, and she’d speak about her music. I think she does a pretty good job of balancing all of her different careers. I think that all of those recent interviews are very cute. I don’t agree with babygigalo’s comment that they were boring. It’s nice to hear about what Jen does at home and what she watches on TV. We really never get to see that so it’s nice to hear her talk about it.

I would like one of the Marc Anthony haters to explain to me how exactly Marc is bad for Jennifer’s career. Maybe one of you can give me a better understanding on why people make such awful comments on him hurting or destroying Jen’s career while all I’ve seen are positive things happen to her since they’ve been together. So Rebirth wasn’t as big of a success as her previous albums. How is that Marc’s fault? SoulSimon’s line about Marc not being able to handle Jen being a bigger star than he is has no ground because although Jen is LARGER THAN LIFE, Marc is a much more acclaimed celebrity than Jen is in South America and Spain. Even in Puerto Rico. Not because he’s “better” than she is but cause the majority of his work is in spanish and all those places are spanish speaking countries. Maybe you all haven’t realized how big of a star he is in the spanish speaking community. Throughout the years he’s won numerous awards and has been given an abundance of prestigious recognition for his awesome work. I think that it’s partially because of Marc’s encouragement that she is making a spanish album. He wants her music to reach a new audience of spanish speaking people that will be new loyal fans for her as they’ve been for him for years.

I’ve actually been waiting for an all-Spanish album from Jen for a long time. I’m not a native Spanish-speaker (I’m an English-speaker from Canada), but I love Spanish-language music. I was disappointed that Jen didn’t include an Spanish tracks on either of her last 2 albums (though she did for the first 2 - plus international versions of On the 6 and J.Lo include extra Spanish tracks). Hopefully this Spanish album due in October will be the first of more to come.

I THINK THAT J-LO SHOULD MAKE A SONG WITH “PITBULL” OR “DADDY YANKEE” CAUSE THEY ARE ALL FROM PUERTORICO AND I THINK IT WOULD BE AWESOME FOR THEM TO COLLABERATE WITH HER. OR AT LEAST J-LO SHOULD MAKE A REGGAETON SONG HERSELF.
