Ben and Jen together again?

Recently we reported Ben was out shopping for a gun in Georgia while Jen was sitting in the car. However, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution now reports seeing them together today at a county courthouse supposedly to get information on a gun license. Or are they really looking into a marriage license?
As the picture above shows and from what is reported, Jen and Ben were seen smiling together and cheerful and happily signing autographs. A full report can be read from CNN.
